And with backgrounds as Certified Public Accountants at Fortune 500 companies, the owners bring professionalism and sound financial sense to each project.

Bret Franks is a Certified Green Professional, so many energy efficient items are standard in their homes. In addition to being continually on-site checking progress and thinking ahead, Bret has direct experience in many phases of construction. He is definitely a hands-on builder. Jen’s focus is on communication with the client to provide assistance with making decisions and keeping choices within the allowed budget.

Bret and Jen are honored to be invited members of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program. Bret also serves as a Director on the board of the National Association of Homebuilders as well as the Homebuilders Association of Greater Little Rock. During their spare time, they enjoy volunteering with local animal rescue groups and following the Razorback football team.
