Featured Builder: Twin Construction

In 2002, twin brothers David and William Siegel launched Twin Construction with a strong belief about the right way to run a residential-construction company: by providing quality work, meeting deadlines and making sure that every client is satisfied before the job is considered complete. The brothers believe that meeting their clients’ expectations will always lead to more business, a simple formula for success that has served them well.

Meanwhile, the company has grown from just a two-man operation working with subcontractors to a current team of 16, including five project managers as well as framing and trim-work specialists. The company’s growing ability to use in-house labor for many facets of construction has improved efficiency and benefited homeowners. Twin continues to have strong relationships with the best subcontractors in their fields.

From day one, Twin approaches every project with a professional attitude, bringing an educated approach to evaluating the time and cost required to complete the job-knowing that home construction represents one of the most important investments their clients will ever make. Twin has a proven record of delivering on time and budget down to the day and dollar as promised.

Twin is also committed to addressing all questions and concerns the homeowner may have during the construction process. The entire team has a can-do attitude and works to accommodate the homeowner’s needs, whatever they may be, whenever possible.

Twin Construction, Inc.’s work has been featured in Portico, Lowe’s Creative Ideas for Home and Garden, Birmingham Home and Garden, Birmingham Magazine and The Birmingham News. They have also had a home showcased in the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders’ Spring Tour.
