Established in 2004, Dillard-Jones Builders specializes in custom residential construction ranging from the $500,000’s to more than $2 million. A member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program since 2006, Dillard-Jones Builders was named 2009 Southern Living Custom Builder Member of the Year – the first South Carolina homebuilder to win the award.

Also in 2009, company president Thomas Dillard founded Elevations LLC, a residential renovations company, and earned the Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. Dillard-Jones Builders constructs all of its homes to ENERGY STAR® standards and in 2010 is building homes that meet stringent EarthCraft House™ and CGP certifications. The company also has established a program to recycle approximately 85 percent of the construction waste from its job sites.
