Craftsman Village Homes was formed by partners whose shared vision and goal was to break away from the “cookie-cutter” approach to building that is so prevalent today. Craftsman Village Homes provided us, the founding partners, with a blank canvas on which to create something unique. The first stroke on that canvas illustrates our desire to provide sensible, affordable, energy-efficient housing solutions to our customers. Our homes come standard with many energy-efficient features such as low-E vinyl windows, radiant barrier roof decking, and 14-SEER A/C systems with programmable thermostats. Each of our homes is tested, independently verified, and registered with the Dallas Homebuilders Association as a Texas Green Built home. Texas Green Built homes exceed the standards required of Energy Star qualified homes.


Craftsman Village Homes’ first project is Argyle Town Village, located in Argyle Texas. This small town, in the middle of the growing North Texas, constantly struggles to maintain its rural identity and has resisted traditional development. Recently completed, Argyle Town Village is the only project of its kind in this market. All of our homes are Craftsman Style architecture, reminiscent of the 1930’s Bungalow, and exude nostalgia. However, once you step inside one of our homes, our floor plans and amenities offer the latest features and technology. Modern, energy efficient appliances and open designs work together to merge the old with the new.
